Terms   The purchaser of services through this Internet site agrees that Promo Portal's standard payment terms are due at the time of the requested services. Open account standard payment terms are due on issue of statement which is issued at the end of every month. The Purchaser agrees to make all payments by credit card on the due date and without deduction.   If any invoices are not paid within the term period, the purchaser agrees to pay all unpaid past due invoice balances with Interest at a rate of 5% per month. The purchaser agrees to pay a service charge of GBP25.00 for each payment transaction that is returned or charged backed to Promo Portal Ltd.   Any invoice not paid on demand, the purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys fees, court costs or any other collection expenses.   The Purchaser agrees to keep confidential all login and password codes and not to allow other users to access their account. The purchaser agrees to be liable for all jobs submitted through their account.   Once art has been submitted to us, the job cannot be cancelled and will be billed (unless your job is more complex than our standard rates). Your finished art will remain available for a maximum of 6 months. Only written instructions and approvals are accepted.   We reserve the right to re-categorize any job submitted incorrectly and to charge the prevailing rate for that job.   By submitting your art to us, the user and purchaser assumes all responsibility and potential liability regarding trademark, copyright, intellectual and other laws relating to the art.   We are not responsible for art errors of any kind. We are not responsible for art that is not available within the allotted time period or consequences that might arise. Due to the large variety of fonts, we reserve the right to duplicate your text by drawing it rather than typesetting. We will reproduce your text so it looks the same as the original.   We will correct any art errors that are our fault at no charge. We must be notified in writing of any errors within 10 days of our posting your finished art for download. Any notifications of errors after this period will be considered a new job and we will charge for corrections.   All users and purchasers of our services indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claims, debts, liabilities or causes of action resulting from the use of our site or our services.   We reserve the right to refuse clients and art jobs at our discretion.
