Q.1 Am I obliged to submit artwork jobs if I register?
A.1 No, you are under no obligation to submit any jobs. You can use our service as little or as often as you like.
   
Q.2 How will I know when my proof is ready?
A.2 You receive an email every time a proof is uploaded, you will then have to log into your account to check the proof.
   
Q.3 Can I get my artwork in several different formats?
A.3 Yes, you can specify the format you need when you upload your job.
   
Q.4 What happens if the supplied artwork is not the same as required / what was provided?
A.4 When we send you a proof we show the artwork you have submitted and also the redrawn artwork.
   
Q.5 Do we have to pay again if client wants a change - is there a reduction for changing a job as opposed to a new job cost?
A.5 You are allowed one amendment free after we have submitted the proof to you, any subsequent amendments will be classed as a new job. Any errors made by the artist will however be free.
   
Q.6 What will you do if there are tones in the artwork that we provide?
A.6 We can redraw tints and tones
   
Q.7 What is the cost for multi-coloured artwork?
A.7 For costs please visit the rates page.
   
Q.8 How do I determine what is a simple (typical) job and what will cost me extra ?
A.8 We provide examples to help you decide the type of job.
   
Q.9 What happens if I have incorrectly identified the type of job?
A.9 The job will be checked by the artist and reclassified if required.
   
Q.10 If I get a job printed with your artwork and the client does not like it who can I blame?
A.10 If we have redrawn the artwork as per your requirements and you have approved the proof we cannot accept any responsibility.
   
Q.11 When do I pay for the service?
A.11 Payment is due when you submit your job.
   
Q.12 How do I get an Invoice for the job?
A.12 An Invoice will automatically be issued after each job.
   
Q.13 Can I have a credit account?
A.13 We do offer credit account to clients who submit a high volume of jobs per day, please send us an email using our contact us form, we will then consider your request.
   
Q.14 What type of payments do you accept?
A.14 We only accept payments by credit card via Pay Pal.
   
Q.15 What are the turnaround times?
A.15 Our typical turnaround times are 24 - 36 hrs.
   
Q.16 Will any colours used be in the correct PMS (i.e. if I click on the colour in illustrator - will it show CMYK mix or be PMS).
A.16 We will supply the file colours as requested, please ensure you clearly identify this in the comments box when uploading your job.
   
Q.17 Will the artwork print out at the correct size if I forward it to my client ?
A.17 We will supply the artwork to your required size. Please ensure you clearly identify this in the comments box when uploading your job.
   
Q.18 Can you lay the artwork onto a product for me to show my client
A.18 This facility will be available soon.
   
Q.19 How do I know the status of my job?
